Misplaced your Brolla license key? You don’t need to contact support to get it back. Brolla uses a secure self-service recovery page where you can have your key emailed to you in seconds.

Recover your key by email

Go to the Brolla license recovery page:

https://dashboard.freemius.com/license-recovery/32231/brolla/

Enter the email address you used when you bought Brolla, then submit the form. A message with your license key (and a link to manage it) is sent to that email right away.

If the email doesn’t arrive

A few quick things to check:

• Make sure you used the same email you purchased with. If you have more than one address, try the others.
• Look in your spam or junk folder, and search your inbox for “Brolla” or “license”.
• Give it a couple of minutes — delivery is usually instant but can occasionally be delayed.

Once you have your key, open Brolla, go to Settings ▸ License, paste it into the License key field, and click Activate. If you’re still stuck, reach out from the Support tab and we’ll help.
